Dodoma, Tanzania - In a stern warning against excessive borrowing, Dodoma Regional Police Commander, Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police (SACP) Theopista Mallya, highlighted the alarming rise in domestic violence cases resulting from overwhelming debts.
