The Minister for State in the President’s Office responsible for Public Service Management and Good Governance, George Simbachawene, has urged the Public Service College and employers to ensure that all new government employees receive induction training to enhance their performance as they enter public service.
Minister Simbachawene made these remarks during an official visit to the Public Service College’s Dar es Salaam campus, where he engaged with college staff and emphasized the importance of foundational training.
"Make sure that all new government employees receive induction training to build a strong foundation for effective service delivery," he stressed.
The Minister further highlighted the Public Service College's crucial role in providing short-term training programs for public servants, including induction courses. He called on the college to continue innovating to ensure that all new recruits receive essential orientation to uphold high standards of public service.
