The Minister of Home Affairs, Engineer Hamad Masauni, has directed the Tanzania Police Force to continue upholding their oath by working professionally and adhering to President Samia Suluhu Hassan’s philosophy of reconciliation, transformation, resilience, and rebuilding.
Speaking in Lushoto, Tanga, during the inauguration of a new police station built by the government at a cost of over TZS 400 million, Minister Masauni emphasized the police’s crucial role in protecting citizens and their property. He stated that maintaining professionalism and strengthening ties with the community would enhance cooperation and trust.
Residents of Lushoto expressed strong confidence in the Police Force and affirmed their readiness to support the police whenever needed.
