Grammy award-winning artist Burna Boy has launched the Burna Boy Football Academy in Nigeria, aiming to develop the next generation of the nation's football talent.
Burna Boy's groundbreaking initiative, the Burna Boy Football Academy, is dedicated to boys aged 4-16, with training centers established in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. The academy offers world-class coaching and facilities to help young athletes reach their full potential.
In a complementary effort, Burna Boy has also introduced the Burna Boy Football Show, a reality TV program for players aged 18-21. The show provides participants with the opportunity to be scouted by top European clubs, including Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur. This initiative reflects Burna Boy’s commitment to fostering the development of Nigerian football talent on both a local and international scale.
