The Minister of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Ambassador Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, along with his Deputies, Cosato Chumi and Dennis Londo, paid an introductory visit to the President of Zanzibar, Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, at the State House in Zanzibar.
During the meeting, the leaders assured President Mwinyi of their commitment to close cooperation, emphasizing the prioritization of the interests of both the Union Government and the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.
This visit marks a significant step in strengthening unity and collaboration for the benefit of all Tanzanians, as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation plays a crucial role in the Union Government.
